Fan Tan Alley #1

A boarded up store in Fan Tan Alley. I don't know the exact history of Fan Tan Alley, but it is one of the coolest places in Victoria. It is in Chinatown. It has the title of smallest alley in ______ (not sure). Kurt Russel or Mel Gibson rode a motorcycle down this alley in a movie back in the 80's.
