An Altercation

This photo was taken on the streets of Old Town near the YuYuan Gardens in Shanghai.
A large crowd had gathered to watch a dispute between the police and who appears to be a street vendor (the woman). However, when I was watching, it appeared that the custodial worker (the man in the middle) was doing most of the talking to the police. I didn't stick around long because I'm sure the police would not have liked me taking photos of the situation.
I learned this toning technique from David Nightingale at Chromasia.com. He used it on some photos of china and i really liked the effect.
